Cloud intelligence platform provides deep visibility into cloud suppliers for complete vendor management

INDIANAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE) —Zylo, a leading cloud intelligence platform, today announced its integration with Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world’s #1 CRM company. The integration will allow Zylo customers to have visibility into how they are using the Salesforce platform by license type and at the individual user level.

Through the integration, Zylo’s platform pulls user and licensing information directly from a customer’s existing Salesforce instances. This gives them a consolidated view of their entire relationship with Salesforce across the business, including insight into all applications, licenses, payments, utilization, employee sentiment, contacts and documents related to an existing Salesforce relationship.

Teams are using the additional visibility to increase adoption, re-provision users as needed and gain a deeper understanding of what apps users are actively engaging within in the application. Zylo’s integration with Salesforce is the first that Zylo plans to build in a series of integrations with leading cloud providers that will give organizations a higher level of clarity into their cloud investments.
