As Executive Chairman, Scott Dorsey is supporting Zylo's mission to enable enterprise organizations to optimize their SaaS investments and drive desired business outcomes. In addition, Scott is the Managing Partner of High Alpha, a leading venture capital firm that launches, scales, and invests in enterprise cloud companies. He co-founded ExactTarget, leading it from a startup to a global marketing software leader before its acquisition by Salesforce for $2.5 Billion.

Scott serves on several non-profit boards including as Chairman of Nextech, Board Member of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), Alumni Board Member at The National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), Past Chair and Lifetime Member of the Indiana Sports Corp., and Global Advisory Board member at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

As Chief Operating Officer, D. Wayne Poole (DP) is responsible for Zylo's operations, unifying Zylo's go-to-market functions to maximize business outcomes through data, collaboration and prioritization. With more than 20 years of experience as a SaaS executive, he believes that scale happens when talent is aligned, focused and operating in a process-oriented, measurable and innovation-inspired environment.

DP was one of the first ten employees at ExactTarget, and during his time there, led various areas including channel, commercial sales, global sales & customer operations, helping grow the startup to $350 million in revenue, leading its successful IPO and eventual sale to Salesforce. Since leaving Salesforce in 2015, Poole has held various sales and operational leadership roles in growth and PE-backed entities most recently as CEO of SAP-integrator enosix, Inc.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jason oversees the finance, legal and HR functions at Zylo, leading the company in its next phase of growth. Jason brings more than two decades of experience in finance across the technology industry. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Salesforce, a role he held since 2013.

During his nine years at Salesforce, Leet, who joined the company via its 2013 acquisition of ExactTarget, helped scale its global finance organization by leading a team that supported numerous acquisitions and integration into Salesforce globally. Over his six-year tenure at ExactTarget, Jason helped the company scale up through multiple fundraising rounds, M&A, IPO and eventual acquisition by Salesforce.

As Zylo's Chief Technology Officer, Tim is responsible for the company's product architecture, engineering, and operations. Tim brings more than two decades of experience as a technology and engineering executive in SaaS.

Prior to joining Zylo, Tim was Senior Vice President at Salesforce, focused on mergers and acquisitions and technology operations. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President of Engineering for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, where he focused on the architecture and delivery of the platform at scale.

As Chief Product Officer, Matt is responsible for leading Zylo's product strategy, development, and execution to drive customer-focused innovation. He brings more than 20 years of experience in B2B SaaS, specializing in building and scaling high-performing product teams across various stages of company growth.

Prior to Zylo, Matt was Vice President of Product at Immuta, where he led product management, UX, and operations, helping drive a tenfold increase in ARR. Throughout his career, Matt has been instrumental in several successful exits and significant company growth stories, collaborating with renowned organizations and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to drive product success and business growth.

As Zylo's Chief Customer Officer, Cory is responsible for helping customers drive ROI and SaaS Management success with Zylo. He helps companies of all sizes effectively discover, optimize, and govern their SaaS through Zylo's platform and services.

Prior to founding Zylo, Cory spent 15 years in finance and procurement, managing categories and sourcing teams at Arthur Andersen, BearingPoint, and both Takeda and Astellas Pharmaceuticals. He built the procurement organization at ExactTarget, and managed the integration with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud procurement organization in 2015.

As Co-Founder & VP of Strategic Partnerships, Ben is responsible for shaping and driving Zylo's corporate partner strategy. As Zylo co-founder, he is passionate about the power of SaaS and helping organizations understand how they can manage, measure and maximize their investments for greater business impact.

Ben is a self-proclaimed SaaS geek, with more than 20 years of B2B software experience, and a recognized SaaS and software management thought leader. Before founding Zylo, Ben held leadership roles in product and account management at Salesforce and ExactTarget.

As Senior Director of Talent, Ellen is responsible for leading the talent strategy and culture at Zylo. With nearly 15 years of experience spanning a variety of industries, she knows that achieving business outcomes starts with the employee experience.

Ellen excels at aligning talent strategy to organizational goals and believes in the power of diversity in people, ideas and culture. Prior to Zylo she led Talent and Culture for Curvo Labs and was part of the Springbuk Human Resources team.
