Five Essential Components of Great SaaS Governance to Balance Agility and Risk, Forrester Research, December 2017

SaaS optimization platform recognized as IT cost transparency tool

Forrester has cited Zylo as an IT Cost Transparency tool ‘leading the way’ in its report “Five Essential Components of Great SaaS Governance to Balance Agility and Risk, Forrester Research, December 2017.” The report is a part of Forrester’s broader SaaS transformation playbook that “outlines four major phases to help application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals overhaul their enterprise applications portfolios to leverage the benefits of software-as-a-service (SaaS).”**

According to Forrester, “Software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions foster a faster, more agile approach to technology — a necessity for digital business. SaaS is a major component of any digital transformation project, prevalent in most application portfolios and growing rapidly. Now, application development and delivery (AD&D) leaders face a new wave of questions about the cost and complexity of SaaS and about the right way to govern the fragmented solution portfolio.”

“Zylo … can help with SaaS subscription management (such as renewals) and license optimization.” Forrester’s report follows Zylo being named a Spend Matters 2017 50 to Watch Company and recent platform integration announcements with Salesforce, Slack and G2Crowd.
