As Senior Director of Talent, Ellen is responsible for leading the talent strategy and culture at Zylo. With nearly 15 years of experience spanning a variety of industries, she knows that achieving business outcomes starts with the employee experience. Ellen excels at aligning talent strategy to organizational goals and believes in the power of diversity in people, ideas and culture. Prior to Zylo she led Talent and Culture for Curvo Labs and was part of of the Springbuk Human Resources team.
