As Chief Operating Officer, D.Wayne Poole (DP) is responsible for Zylo’s operations, unifying Zylo’s go-to-market functions to maximize business outcomes through data, collaboration and prioritization. With more than 20 years of experience as a SaaS executive, he believes that scale happens when talent is aligned, focused and operating in a process-oriented, measurable and innovation-inspired environment. DP was one of the first ten employees at ExactTarget, and during his time there, led various areas including, channel, commercial sales, global sales & customer operations, helping grow the startup to $350 million in revenue, leading its successful IPO and eventual sale to Salesforce. Since leaving Salesforce in 2015, Poole has held various sales and operational leadership roles in growth and PE-backed entities most recently as CEO of SAP-integrator enosix, Inc.
