Q&A with Eric Christopher, CEO of Zylo
The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) market is worth $4.7 billion says Gartner, with an expected YoY growth of 20%. As organizations increasingly shift to the cloud, the IT departments either lack visibility or evaluate the SaaS applications on a periodic basis, which could be a quarter, six months or a year. In such cases, the IT department could be blindsided or be completely unaware about how their organization is purchasing and using technology.
We speak with Eric Christopher, CEO of Zylo, to understand how and why IT departments should periodically evaluate their SaaS applications. Eric launched the company in 2016 with 16 years of sales and management experience in the SaaS space.
